Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (aerosols, paints, cleaners, and chemical-based items), returns or refunds are NOT accepted once the product has been used, opened, sprayed, or tampered with.

❌ No Returns / No Refunds After Use

  • Products that are used, partially used, opened, sprayed, or tested are NOT eligible for return or refund.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind after delivery.

  • Aerosol and chemical products are non-returnable for safety and quality reasons.

βœ… Eligible Cases (Limited)

We will only consider replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Unboxing video is mandatory (from sealed package to product)

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping (if approved) will be communicated by our support team.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
