Products and safe use

Our products include aerosol paints, cleaners and chemical-based items. Customers must read labels, safety warnings and usage instructions before use; use products in a ventilated area; keep them away from heat, flame, children and pets; and test on a small inconspicuous area when appropriate. Product colours may vary because of screens, lighting, surface preparation, vehicle age or prior repainting.

Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order because of stock availability, pricing or listing errors, payment verification, delivery limitations, suspected fraud or legal restrictions. If we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Custom colour-matched products

Customers are responsible for providing the correct vehicle, shade or colour information. Custom products may show reasonable variation due to ageing, fading, substrate, application technique and previous repairs. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once preparation begins and are not returnable for change of mind.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. Available payment methods and all applicable shipping charges are shown before the order is submitted. Cash on Delivery may not be available for every order or location.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, distribute malicious code, infringe intellectual-property rights or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Unless otherwise stated, the LIHA name, logos, product imagery, text, graphics and website content belong to Liha Aerosols or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Liha Aerosols is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, incorrect application, unsuitable surface preparation, incorrect colour selection or failure to follow product instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, disputes are subject to the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
