Liha Aerosols currently ships orders across India from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Order processing
Standard orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Custom colour-matched paints may require up to 3 additional business days for preparation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Shipping charges
Prepaid delivery within India is free unless a different charge is clearly displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD), when available, costs ₹40. The complete delivery charge is shown before the customer submits the order.
Estimated delivery
- Metro cities: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: approximately 4–10 business days after dispatch
- Remote locations: approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier capacity, weather, transport restrictions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Tracking details are shared by email, SMS or WhatsApp when the order is dispatched. Customers may also use the Track Your Order page on lihaaerosols.com.
Address changes and failed delivery
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number. Contact us immediately if a correction is required. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. Additional courier charges caused by an incorrect address, refusal or repeated failed delivery may be charged to the customer.
Damaged, leaking, missing or incorrect products
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. Eligible claims are handled under our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.
