Directions for Use

1. Prepare the Surface

Clean the damaged area thoroughly and remove dirt, grease, wax, oil, rust and loose paint. Sand the damaged area until smooth.

For bare metal, apply a suitable automotive primer before painting. For plastic components, use a compatible plastic adhesion promoter/primer.

2. Shake Well

Shake the aerosol vigorously for 2–3 minutes before use. Continue shaking periodically during application.

3. Test Spray

Always test the paint on a hidden or spare surface first to confirm color appearance, spray pattern and compatibility.

4. Apply the Paint

Hold the can approximately 20–30 cm (8–12 inches) away from the surface.

Apply smooth, even and overlapping passes. Avoid concentrating the spray in one area.

5. Apply Thin Coats

Apply approximately 2–4 thin coats, allowing around 5–10 minutes between coats.

Avoid heavy coats, which can cause runs, uneven metallic distribution, sagging and longer drying times.

6. Clear Coat

This product is an automotive basecoat. After the final color coat has flashed off, apply a compatible automotive clear coat.

For the best finish, apply 2–3 thin coats of clear coat to improve gloss, depth, UV resistance, weather resistance and durability.

Drying Time

• Touch Dry: Approximately 10–15 minutes
