5. Drying: Let the final base coat dry for approximately 30 minutes. The finish will appear matte/satin—this is the correct state for base coat.

6. Clear Coat (Required): Apply 2–3 layers of a high-quality Clear Top Coat to lock in the metallic sparkle and provide a durable, high-gloss protective seal.
