2. Shake Well

Shake the LIHA Aerosols spray can vigorously for approximately 2–3 minutes before use.

Continue shaking periodically during application to maintain consistent colour and spray performance.

3. Test Spray

Always perform a test spray on a separate surface before applying the paint to the vehicle to check the spray pattern and colour appearance.

4. Spray Application

Hold the aerosol can approximately 20–30 cm (8–12 inches) away from the surface.

Apply the paint using smooth, overlapping passes.

Apply 2–4 thin coats, allowing approximately 5–10 minutes between coats.

Additional light coats may be applied if required for complete and uniform coverage.

Avoid applying one heavy coat, as this can cause runs, sagging, uneven finish, and longer drying time.

5. Clear Coat Application

Deep Grey is supplied as an automotive basecoat colour.

After the final colour coat has flashed properly, apply a compatible LIHA Aerosols Clear Coat.

Apply 2–3 thin, even coats of clear coat for improved gloss, colour depth, UV resistance, weather protection, and durability.

Drying Time

• Touch Dry: 10–15 Minutes
• Recoat Time: 5–10 Minutes
• Clear Coat Window: Approximately 15–20 Minutes
• Full Cure: Up to 24 Hours

Drying time may vary depending on temperature, humidity, film thickness, and application conditions.
