Directions for Use

1. Surface Preparation

Clean the repair area thoroughly to remove dirt, oil, grease, wax, rust, and loose paint.

Sand the damaged area until the surface is smooth. Apply a suitable automotive primer wherever bare metal is exposed.

For bare plastic components, apply a suitable plastic adhesion primer before the colour coat.

Allow the primer to dry completely and sand smooth before painting.

2. Shake Well

Shake the LIHA Aerosols spray can vigorously for approximately 2–3 minutes before spraying.

Continue shaking periodically during application to maintain consistent colour and spray performance.

3. Test Spray

Always perform a test spray on a separate surface before spraying the vehicle. Check the spray pattern and shade before proceeding with the full repair.

4. Spray Application

Hold the aerosol can approximately 1 ft (30 cm) away from the surface.

Spray using smooth, overlapping passes.

Apply 2 thin coats initially, allowing approximately 5–10 minutes between coats.

Additional light coats may be applied if required to achieve complete coverage and uniform shade development.

Avoid applying one heavy coat, as this may cause runs, sagging, uneven colour, and extended drying time.

5. Clear Coat Application

Pangong Pulse is supplied as an automotive basecoat colour.

After the final basecoat has flashed properly, apply a compatible LIHA Aerosols Clear Coat to achieve the final gloss, colour depth, UV resistance, weather protection, and durability.

Apply approximately 2–3 thin, even coats of clear coat for the best finish.
